Privacy policy
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales, LOPDGDD), we inform you about the processing of your personal data.

2. What data we process
The data you provide in the contact form or by email: full name, company, email address, phone number, sector, province and the content of your message. We do not process any special categories of data.
3. For what purposes
- To respond to your request for information or for a study and send you the corresponding proposal.
- To manage, where applicable, the pre-contractual and contractual relationship.
- To send you information about our services, only if you have asked for it.
4. Lawful basis
Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time, and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
5. Retention period
We keep the data for as long as necessary to deal with your request and for a maximum of two years from the last contact if no business relationship is established. If one is established, for the duration of the relationship and the limitation periods of our legal obligations.
6. Recipients
We do not disclose your data to third parties, except where required by law. The technology providers that host this website and our email have access to it only as processors, under contract and within the European Union. No international data transfers take place.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@camynergia.es with the subject line ‘Data protection’. If you consider that we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD, www.aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, alteration or unauthorised access. This website operates exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
9. Minors
The services on this website are aimed at businesses and professionals and not at children under 14.
